My favourite dish ever is this traditional Malay dish - Pulut Kuning (Yellow Glutinous Rice) served with Prawn Rendang. Rendang is a common dish always served in Indonesian and Malay restaurants which is rich with spices. Main ingredients that make it special is the grated, toasted and grinded coconut. That's for the sauce. The ones you can commonly find is Beef or Chicken Rendang. For me, I prefer Prawn Rendang. This is only available at my kitchen though, made by mum dearest!
